1. When Will My Orders Be Processed?

We Aim To Process All Orders Within The Same Day. The Delivery Time Depends On The Place Of Destination And The Ordered Time.

  • Inside Valley: 24-48 Hours Of Working Days
  • Outside Valley: 5-6 Working Days

2. How Do I Return An Item?

3. Do You Ship Packages Internationally?

We currently do not ship internationally. At the moment, our deliveries are limited to Nepal.

4. What If There Are Missing Or Wrong Items When I Receive My Order?

For Missing Or Wrongly Shipped Items, Please Contact Us At wear.zynex@gmail.com With Your Order Receipt Number. You Can Also Contact Our Customer Service Which Is Open From Sunday To Friday, 10 Am To 6 Pm .

5. What Happens If I Receive A Faulty Item?

If You, Unfortunately Receive A Faulty Item, Please Send It Back To Us Within 5 Days Or Send Us An Email On The Same Day You Received It At wear.zynex@gmail.com With A Description Of The Fault And We Will Initiate The Matter And Arrange A Replacement As Soon As Possible.
